Our love for burgers went the next mile this past month. Our favourite burger joint around the corner from OrderMate HQ – Café 51 named their weekly special after yours truly, the OrderMate burger. It is what some would say is a Create Your Own on a whole new level.
Philly Burger contains a beef patty, crispy fried chicken fillet, Philly cheesesteak (lots of it), caramelised onion, capsicum, mushroom, triple dirty fries and bacon on bacon on bacon AND a potato cake. This did actually happen and the amount of food fitting in one burger actually exists.
Each week or fortnight Café 51 comes to the table with a wacky and wonderful combination of classic burger with a squirt of innovation.
