About ordermate & OOLIO:
OOLIO is an Australian-based start-up on a mission to empower the hospitality industry. We provide more than just great POS and Payment solutions for some of Australia’s iconic bars, restaurants, and cafes, we work with them to engage and attract more customers.
We are looking for front of house hospitality professionals or venue managers to work with our clients across two of our flagship products, ordermate and OOLIO POS. If you're a passionate individual who will thrive in the vibrant world of hospitality and tech and have used our products in your previous roles, then you're the one we're looking for!
About the role!
As a key member of our team, you'll be the driving force behind building and nurturing relationships with our clients. Your role is crucial in expanding our sales pipeline, engaging in meaningful conversations with key clients and prospects, and uncovering sales and networking opportunities that contribute to our collective success.
- Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction with our services, and proactively seek feedback.
- Drive revenue through upselling innovative products & services, fostering lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with various teams to develop bespoke solutions for our clients.
- Constantly expand an in-depth understanding of our products and their unique value propositions.
- Align potential customer needs with our diverse product and service offerings.
- Represent our brand at industry events, showcasing our commitment to the future of dining.
